This will be the third vet clinic Ive gone to and they are now the vet I go to for anything! They were so kind and helpful in an emergency situation where my cat was attacked by a dog, they even took me into a seperate room as I was a mess and made me a cuppa and gave me tissues. Did X-rays on my dog and diagnosed him with hip dysplasia, they also came out to my property and put my old horse down and Ruby was so lovely in such a sad situation. Will be my regular vet for vaccinations. Bit expensive but what vet isnt. Lovely staff, truly care about the animals. Called me everyday on the weekend to inform me on how my cat was going which was lovely as you normally only receive one call. It is a 25 minute drive for me which is worth it but do wish you were closer for emergency situations but what can you do.
So good when we had are 19 year old cat put to sleep.
Great vet clinic, staff are friendly and informative and help you achieve the best for your pet without blowing your budget. I know my Dogs cats and horses are in great hands with these guys.
Lovely and caring staff
Unfortunately a very bad experience with the receptionist she was very rude and gave attitude when questions were asked. When someone rings for clarification about the service your clinic has done for their pet it is your job to follow this service out. If you incapable of doing so, dont pick up the phone!
